A structural inspection is a detailed report of all the aspects of the structure's integrity. We will inspect the slab or pier and beam foundation, inspect the interior walls, exterior veneer, and roof system. We will also conduct an exterior chimney inspection.

A mechanical inspection is a detailed report of all the aspects of the mechanical systems of the home. We will inspect the heating & air conditioning systems, ductwork, venting, fireplaces/chimneys, plumbing system, bathrooms, water heater, electric, as well as all major & secondary appliances.

Radon is a colorless, odorless and tasteless naturally occurring radioactive gas that seeps from soil into the home through cracks and other opening in the foundation or walls in contact with the soil.

The inspector must list the structures inspected. This information is provided to the PCO by the person ordering the inspection. Since the report addresses the conditions of the structure listed on the report, only infestation of that structure may be reported.

Molds are micro-organisms that are decomposers of dead organic materials. The spores and hair-like bodies of individual mold colonies are too small for us to see without a microscope. When a lot of mold is growing on a surface, it often appears, black, blue, or green. The color of mold is determined by the type and is influenced by the nutrient source, surface substrate and age of the colony.

If your family gets drinking water from a private well, do you know if your water is safe to drink? What health risks could you and your family face? Where can you go for help or advice?  During your inspection, we will conduct a well performance test.
